Data and purposes

We process form data to assess the project, answer the request, deliver requested documentation, prevent abuse and keep a record of communications and consent.

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and actions such as requests, WhatsApp clicks and downloads. If you also accept advertising measurement, Google Ads attributes received requests and WhatsApp clicks to ads. Cookie and ad-click identifiers, the page visited and technical connection data may be processed. We do not enable personalised advertising or send personal form-field data to Google. You can change your choice in the cookie policy.

Legal basis

Consent, pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and, where applicable, legitimate interest in service security.

Retention and recipients

Specific retention periods will be set in the approved version. Data will be hosted on infrastructure configured for the EU and may be processed by contracted providers. Files remain quarantined until verified.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent by writing to marrob.eu@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
